All sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Omni Couture Veils and Bridal (OCV) sells off-the-rack products, accessories and accepts orders for made to fit (MTF)/ made to order (MTO) wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, flower girl dresses, special occasion dresses, quinceanera dresses, prom dresses, custom designed veils, fascinators, hats, and extended lines of formal wear.   ALL MTF/MTO products require measurements to be taken and/or designs to be crafted and drawn.  The fee for all measurements taken is $35.00 which is non-refundable.  The $35.00 fee will be credited to all orders placed.  Once the item is ordered and/or purchased it cannot be cancelled as ALL manufacturers WILL NOT accept cancellations from the retailer (OCV).   The item will ship as agreed.

 

Shipping

 

All garment orders have a flat shipping fee of $24.00 which is payable with sales tax at the time of the order. The retailer (OCV) is not liable for shipping delays by the manufacturer.  It is suggested that MTF/MTO items are ordered 4 to 6 months prior to the event.  Some items can be placed on a rush order with additional fees.   ALL deposits and/or payments on ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE.   In the case of weddings or event cancellations, we CANNOT stop the order and it will be shipped to OCV as required. 

 

Alterations

 

If alterations are requested and scheduled the OCV bridal customer pays in-storage usage fees of $20.00 for special occasion garments and $40.00 for bridal garments.  If a non-OCV bridal customer request alteration services the in-storage usage fees are $30.00 for special oocasion garments and $50.00 for bridal garments. Alterations charges are seperate from these storage fees and will vary according to the type of alterations needed.

Bridesmaid Dresses
 

  If at all possible bridal parties should place their dress orders at the same time to minimize variations in color choices. 

 

The retailer (OCV) is NOT liable for color variations as a result of bridesmaids requesting the wrong color. The retailer (OCV) representative will take the measurements and discuss the size options using the manufacturer’s sizing charts.  The customer decides the final size to order.  If the size the customer chooses is wrong, alterations may be available at the customer’s cost.
